I like the weight of this mixer. Your arm does not get tired from holding it up. Its easy to use one handed to adjust speed. Only thing I did not like was top speed of 9 did not seem like it went as fast as other mixers.

I bought my 9 Speed Architect Hand Mixer about 4 Months ago. I knew I would be using it a lot over the holidays. I really used this hand mixer more than I expected. It is so easy to use and does a great job. I used it to make cookies,side dishes, and whipped cream. I love the soft start feature. I am very happy with the quality!

Received as a gift just before Christmas. Used it for all my cookies. This is so powerful and very quite. It mixed thick cookie dough with ease. Very easy to clean. Love the style of the beaters, the batter come off them easy.

I love this little mixer. I am the type of baker that views it as therapy. I've had this mixer for 12 years. That equals roughly 200-300 dozen cookies, 40-50 loaves of quick breads, 12+ cakes and tons of mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes per year. It whines a bit as it's getting on in years. It hasn't affected it one bit. It just keeps cranking. I will definitely replace it with the same one when it finally goes.

I just got this after Christmas as a bonus to myself. My old one was 28yrs old and I wanted a new one. This one is so quiet my kids didn't know I was baking anything until they were already baked and ready to eat. Fantastic hand mixer. Would highly recommend..

Received this as a Christmas gift and have only used once, however I could feel the power as I easily moved the speed up and down. Even if you finish on a high level, it resets to the low speed when you turn it back on.
Great mixer, looking forward to using again!
